Recorded at Brighton Electric, UK with Josh Harrison (The Cure, British Seapower, Blood Red Shoes) over a week in January 2019 and mastered by JJ Golden (Deerhunter, Ty Segall, Kurt Vile) the album was written in Amsterdam during a time of heartbreak for a person and an entire continent. The lyrics explore everything from the comfort of solitude to the nostalgia of something that's gone forever, from staying carefree and young at heart to envying people with careers.
